Obsidian Mano Collection (2016)

Elegant yet functional designs created with Mexican obsidian which is another name for volcanic glass, commonly used in pre Columbian times to create the sacrificial knives used in offerings to the gods, in addition to spear heads for hunting and carving. This collection was hand cut by an artisan family in Morelos, Mexico.
