The Currency used in our physical shop in Oaxaca, Mexico is MXN.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

At this time we do not accept exchanges, returns or give refunds, this applies to both our online and physical store in Oaxaca, Mexico.

We ship out of Mexico with extremely rigid customs regulations with importations, it is impossible to accept exchanges or returns.

SHIPPING

USA: We are currently shipping via DHL every Thursday, arrival time 2-3 days from date of shipment. Tariffs are charged at the discretion of the US Customs & Border agents, and can run from 0-25% of the total cast of the product. Shipping via the postal service from Mexico to the USA has been suspended until further notice.

MEXICO: We ship via the Mexican Postal Service within Mexico. Shipping takes approximately 5-10 days.

CANADA: We ship via the Mexican Postal Service to Canada, Shipping takes approximately 10-15 days

Currently our website is only set to ship to Mexico, Canada and the United Stated (North America). If you live outside of this region and would like to make a purcahse please send us an email to hola”mexchic.co and we can send you a ship quote.

Mexchic is based in and ships out of Oaxaca, Mexico.

You will receive a shipping tracking number once your order has been sent out.

If you prefer a more expedited service, please feel free to write us and we will gladly work with you to find another option suitable to your needs.

At times your country’s customs agency will hold packages a bit longer than usual and we have no control over this, nor are we responsible for this, please be patient and contact us with any concerns. You the buyer are responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees your country may attach to the purchase. If you have concerns or special shipping instructions please send us a message at the time of placing your order and we will be more than happy to help. We do not refund purchase for lost or stolen packages.
